Petition to oppose Governor Gina Raimondo’s Ban on Vaping Products

On September 25th 2019, Governor Gina Raimondo signed an executive order prohibiting the sale of flavored Electronic Nicotine Delivery System (ENDS) products.
Through the stroke of a pen the Governor has restricted the rights and liberty of peaceful adults to choose what to do with their own bodies. This dictate has also adversely impacted many businesses and hardworking members of our community.
The signers of this petition hereby oppose Executive Order 10-09 and demand the restoration of our rights to make choices as to what to do with our bodies and which vaping products we choose to buy without government interference.

I am a smoker and had completely quit smoking cigarettes and was vaping, I had zero problems and I know people standing near me in line at a bank could not smell anything on me, now having to go back to smoking I smell like a cigarette.

I have been vaping flavored efluids for roughly around 5 years, because of that I have been able to get away from smoking cigarettes which has helped me in many ways.
Please don't keep the ban, I don't want to go back to cigarettes.

Knee jerk executive orders to put frosting on the horrible cake that is the Raimondo Administration , is futile and unconstitutional. Try to shine with something that really needs attention.

I personally do not use any of these products but I have many friends that used these to stop smoking cigarettes. It has been proven all the deaths were caused by black market cartridges and this is the stupidest form of identity politics!

Any tax paying adult should be able to decide what they're allowed to put in their bodies.
